We use a team of approved instructors and assessors including business founder Bertie Tupper, to provide training and assessment courses in both of these industry accredited awarding bodies.

Our specialist instructors deliver on-site training and assessment at your site or venue. We have several local venues available so TUPPCO can also host specialist training courses including First Aid, 4×4, Plant Machinery and Arboriculture courses. We support private landowners, agricultural enterprises, local authorities, utility companies, and construction firms to upskill and inspire the current and next generation of industry talent.

Consult – We offer a free consultation where we undertake a training needs assessment for our clients, their people and their environment. Emma will schedule a visit or meet via Teams/Zoom to discuss and plan your training requirements to your needs.
Plan – We create a training programme based on people development, site suitability, risk mitigation, land preservation and up-to-date legislation.
Deliver – We do not subscribe to tick box’ training but instead run fully participatory courses which meet all the legislative requirements.
Maintain – We look beyond the certificate and provide support and guidance to future-proof the safety of our delegates and their environments.
